Industry Climate Documents
The mortgage industry is always evolving. It is imperative to keep up to date with all of the latest rules and regulations. Following the regulatory changes in October 2016, and 2017, we created ‘Change of Space’, an informative document that explained the new mortgage rules for brokers and their clients.
Additionally, we created newruleshurt.ca, an advocacy platform to demonstrate to government leaders how the changes have affected regular Canadians.
